50-75% carbon hydrates.

The meals have to be evenly distributed over the whole day, it is recommended to have 4-5 meals per day, which has the best impact on the metabolism and state of health. The food has to be eaten slowly, if only possible, in the sitting position, in relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. It is the best to surrender ourselves, by all our senses, to the meal's taste and attracting fragrances it offers.

Healthy eating starts with appropriate preparation of food that improves the dishes' taste and preserves important ingredients.
Before preparation, the food has to be adequately processed: cleaned, extra fat removed; but the whole process should be as short as possible in order to prevent the food to oxidise too much or loose its flavour. We should avoid too long frying and add as little salt, sugar and fat as possible.
