Fried vegetable buns with Poli vegetable sausage |

Preparation
sour cream, grated Parmesan, some honey, basil, oregano, thyme, bread crumbs, baking fat
Cut the Poli vegetable sausage into 1 cm-thick rings. Mix all other ingredients together, adjust the thickness with flour, shape the buns, putting rings of the sausage into the middle. Roll the buns in crumbs and fry in the pan until they become crusty. Serve with salad plate. |
