According to the Company Statute of Perutnina Ptuj, there are six members in the Supervisory Board; three of them represent the employees. All the members of the Supervisory Board were appointed at the Shareholders' General Meeting on Thursday, 23 August 2001. The obligations, authorisations and responsibilities of the Supervisory Board chairman and members have been approved until 25 August 2006.
