Brunch
A bridging meal between breakfast and lunch or between lunch and dinner. The brunch is used to provide the organism with necessary energy and chase away the hunger; therefore, it is right to have the brunches also composed in line with the principles of healthy food.
We suggest you to treat yourself to a summer brunch from fresh fruits (a slice of melon, a few plums, one or two apricots, a peach maybe), plain yoghurt well cooled-down and a handful of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts).
