Dinner

It should be as light and diverse as possible. In any case, we should eat it as early as possible, at least 3 hours before sleep. Simply said, it should be as light as possible, because the same meal eaten in the evening will put on you more weight than the one eaten for breakfast or lunch.

You should prepare your dinner using the same principles as for your lunch. For dinner, you should prepare a good vegetable soup (of marrows, cauliflower, broccoli, ...) or a thick mushroom, onion and tomato soup. Instead of a refreshing soup, you can have a half-portion of brown rice with vegetables or wholemeal pasta with a mushroom sauce or tuna fish and olives.
