Chicken with Bread Stuffing
Cut the bread into small pieces and soak them in hot water. When softened, drain it, add the eggs, flour, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley. Mix well. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it in an oiled baking dish. Arrange the bread stuffing (up to a depth of 3 cm) around the chicken and place the baking dish in the oven preheated to 200°C and roast for about one and a half hours until golden.
