Preparation process

  1. First, chop a large onion and slice a packet of Natur Premium chicken fillet, two carrots, a head of broccoli and crush two cloves of garlic.

  2. Then put the pan with the added olive oil on the fire and wait until the oil is well heated.

  4. Fry everything for a few minutes and then add the grated garlic.

  5. As soon as the garlic is fragrant, add a larger quantity of water in which you have dissolved the vegetable stock cube.

  6. Season the chicken stew with pepper, parsley and bay leaves and cook over a moderate heat for just under an hour.

  7. When the time is up, you will add the spelt mixture directly to the stew and cook for another 10 minutes.
