Drunken noodles
Preparation process

Cook the rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and marinate it in soy sauce for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and cook the broccoli.

In a hot pan with a little oil, quickly sear the chicken until nicely browned. Remove it and, in the same pan, sauté the vegetables (onion and bell pepper). Remove the vegetables as well and prepare the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.

Now, for each portion, add 1/4 of the vegetables, chicken, broccoli, basil, noodles, and sauce into the pan. Quickly stir-fry everything together and serve with sesame seeds and extra lime.
