Holiday chicken bread rolls

The perfect festive snack that always impresses. Crispy rolls with juicy chicken, melted cheese, small pieces of cranberries, and brie cheese. The flavors are just festive enough — and if you feel like cranberries don’t belong, don’t worry — they don’t overpower the dish, but instead add a slight freshness and that finishing touch that makes the overall flavor even better.

Preparation process

  1.  Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the diced chicken. Season to taste. Add the chopped bell pepper and onion and cook until softened. Pour in the cream and stir in the cream cheese. Remove from heat and mix in the mozzarella, brie, and chopped cranberries.

  2. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin and cut off the crusts. Brush the edges with a thick mixture of flour and water.

  3. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each slice. Roll the bread tightly and press the edges well so they don’t open during baking.

  4. Dip the rolls in beaten eggs, then coat them in breadcrumbs.

  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy. After frying, place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
