Purger, Roasted Turkey Leg Burger

Preparation process

Cut into the turkey leg until you hit bone. Mix the thyme, salt and pepper with oil and coat the leg with the marinade. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes. Then place the turkey leg into an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.

Remove the skin from the roasted turkey leg, and shred the meat with a fork.

Prepare the sauce by mixing the Greek yogurt with the mayonnaise, chives and salt. Finely shred the red cabbage and drizzle with lemon juice so that it retains its colour.

Cut the buns in half and sauté them in a pan with a little butter. Cover the bottom half of the bun with sauerkraut or fresh cabbage and turkey meat, then sprinkle with fried onions, dress with yoghurt sauce and cover with the top half of the bun.
