The perfect way to use up juicy tomatoes, chicken in spicy Sri Lankan gravy!

Preparation process

1. Cook the rice in slightly salted water, strain the cooked rice.

2. Cut the chicken into cubes, add four tablespoons of soy sauce and starch flour.

3. Cut the onion and pepper into large cubes, heat a large pan or wok well, quickly fry the vegetables in oil in several rounds so that they do not overcook/simmer. Set aside in a bowl.

4. Chop the garlic and ginger.

5. Fry the chicken in oil at once (in several rounds, if the pan is smaller and we put everything at once, the chicken will be fried, we want it to be fried), add garlic, ginger, chili, ketchup, the rest of soy. sauce, oyster sauce. Add the fried vegetables. Roast on high heat.

6. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add to the pan. Fry everything briefly and taste, if necessary add pepper, sugar, salt and a little water.

7. Serve with boiled rice.
