The perfect freshness of a soft tortilla, hugging a succulent piece of chicken, seasoned with carefully selected spices and crunchy vegetable toppings to ensure the perfect balance of flavours.

Preparation process

  1. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper and garlic. Whisk the eggs and mix with the milk. Prepare the breadcrumbs.

  2. Press the prepared meat filling firmly onto the tortillas with your hands. Heat the oil in a frying pan to medium-high (7/9).

  3. Dip the tortilla, meat-side down, in the egg mixture, then press finely into the crumbs.

  4. Place in the hot oil and allow the breadcrumbs to turn golden brown. Turn the tortilla around for a few seconds to brown. At this point work quickly so that the tortilla and crumbs don't start to harden (the colder they are the harder it will be to fold them in without them all popping). Spread with mayonnaise, add the lettuce and fold in.

  5. Serve immediately.
