Skinless chicken breasts are suitable for roasting, breading, cooking, and cut into smaller pieces, they are also extremely useful as additions to risottos and the like. Natur chicken fillets are also loved by children due to their indistinct taste. Since it does not contain a lot of fat and has a high proportion of protein, it is the best choice for a low-calorie diet.

To make the chicken fillet as soft and juicy as possible, we recommend marinating it for at least half an hour before baking. The basis of the marinade should be oil and acid, say citrus or vinegar, you can also add honey and, of course, spices.
