Preparation process

Meat:

  1. Prepare chicken skewers, wings, and smoked sausages from the Picnic line for grilling.
  2. Grill the meat on a gas barbecue until it becomes golden brown with a crispy crust.
  3. Serve the grilled meat warm.

Šopska salad:

  1. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Mix the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, pumpkin seed oil, and wine vinegar to taste and mix well.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with cubes of feta cheese.

Roasted zucchini salad:

  1. Cut the zucchini into cubes and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil, and mix well.
  3. Bake in a fan oven preheated to 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
  4. Let the roasted zucchini cool slightly.
  5. In a large bowl, combine it with corn, arugula, and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Add balsamic vinegar and, if needed, a little more salt. Gently mix everything together.
