Preparation process
Meat:
- Prepare chicken skewers, wings, and smoked sausages from the Picnic line for grilling.
- Grill the meat on a gas barbecue until it becomes golden brown with a crispy crust.
- Serve the grilled meat warm.
Šopska salad:
- Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion.
- Mix the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add salt, pepper, pumpkin seed oil, and wine vinegar to taste and mix well.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with cubes of feta cheese.
Roasted zucchini salad:
- Cut the zucchini into cubes and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil, and mix well.
- Bake in a fan oven preheated to 200 °C for about 20 minutes.
- Let the roasted zucchini cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine it with corn, arugula, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add balsamic vinegar and, if needed, a little more salt. Gently mix everything together.
