Flatbreads
- Put the flour into a mixer. Stir the yeast into the water and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Mix the yeast mixture into the flour and add salt. Stir well. Let the dough rest for 2 minutes, then add the oil.
- Knead for 4–5 minutes. Add more flour if needed. Place the dough in an oven set to 30°C and let it rise slowly for 1 hour.
- Shape into 6 small balls and let them rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 250°C for 10 minutes.
Meat preparation
- Season the meat with herbs, salt, pepper, chili, and olive oil, then refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- Grill using indirect heat.
- Assemble everything together and enjoy your homemade chicken kebab.
