Homemade chicken kebab

Preparation process

Flatbreads

  1. Put the flour into a mixer. Stir the yeast into the water and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Mix the yeast mixture into the flour and add salt. Stir well. Let the dough rest for 2 minutes, then add the oil.
  3. Knead for 4–5 minutes. Add more flour if needed. Place the dough in an oven set to 30°C and let it rise slowly for 1 hour.
  4. Shape into 6 small balls and let them rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 250°C for 10 minutes.

Meat preparation

  1. Season the meat with herbs, salt, pepper, chili, and olive oil, then refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  2. Grill using indirect heat.
  3. Assemble everything together and enjoy your homemade chicken kebab.
