Octopus Hot Dog Muffins

Preparation process

Make octopuses from the hot dogs by splitting them in half and cutting into each half so that you make 8 “tentacles”.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and a little salt to make a creamy mixture. In another bowl, mix the flour with the oregano, salt and freshly ground pepper. Alternately add milk and flour to the eggs, and at the end, add the grated cheese. Stir until combined. Divide the mixture into 6 muffin tins and place the octopus hot dogs on top. (Use peppercorns to make the eyes for the octopuses.) Bake at 180°C for about 20–25 minutes.


Are they done yet?

Insert a toothpick into the muffin. It will come out clean when baked through.
