Sweet and Spicy Chicken Parcels

Preparation process

Prepare 4 larger pieces of baking paper. Cut the vegetables, salt them, lightly oil them with olive oil and place them in the middle of the baking paper.

Salt and pepper the chicken steaks (about 1 cm thick), coat them with honey and season with a pinch of ground hot paprika, oregano and a tablespoon of olive oil. Place one steak on the vegetables, wrap the edges of the paper together and tie them with baking thread so that the parcel does not open. Bake the parcels at 200°C for about 30 minutes.


How to serve?

Serve the parcels on a plate or board and open them before you start eating.
