Pickies sausages in curry sauce with rice

Preparation process

  1. Leek and carrots are cut into rings, while potatoes and apple are cut into larger chunks.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and first sauté the leek, apple, potatoes, and carrots until the vegetables soften slightly and develop a bit of color. Add the Pickies sausages and sauté everything together for a few more minutes.

  3. Add the curry paste and briefly fry it until fragrant, then pour in the stock.

  4. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and the sauce slightly thickens.

  5. Season with salt and pepper if needed and serve with rice.
