Chicken Stew

Preparation process

Finely chop the onions, garlic, carrot and celeriac, season with salt and let cook on a low temperature on a heated blend of olive and sunflower oil.

When the vegetables are soft, add the flour, wine, chicken, ground paprika, salt and the pepper. Pour over enough water to cover all the ingredients and let simmer on low heat for about half an hour.

After half an hour, add the sliced peppers and pieces of potatoes, peeled tomatoes and the bay leaf. If necessary, add water, season and cook for another half an hour.


Soup dumplings

2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour

Preparation process
Prepare the soup dumplings by beating the eggs with a little salt and adding the flour. Stir the mixture well and let it chill in the refrigerator. From the chilled mixture, form the dumplings with a spoon and put them one by one in a large pot of boiling water. Cook the dumplings for 5 minutes.
