Preparation process

  1. Grill or pan fry the meat until it is browned in places. Cool slightly, then slice finely.

  2. Add to the bowl. Add the finely chopped peppers, onion, sauce, mozzarella and ketchup. Mix well.

  3. Prepare the flour and breadcrumbs in two plates. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add 50 ml of milk.

  4. Stuff and roll the tortillas. Roll them in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs and again in the egg and breadcrumbs.

  5. Heat the oil to 175-180 degrees (or until the oil sizzles around a skewer dipped in the oil).

  6. Fry the burritos in the oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels to soak up excess fat.

  7. Serve with sauce.
